EthGasStation provides Ethereum gas and execution decision tools, including live stats, fee dashboards, timing alerts, account and billing features, API access, and MCP-based integrations. By creating an account, browsing the site, or using any authenticated feature, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any usage or rate limits shown in the product, pricing pages, billing flows, or developer surfaces.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, wallet access, and connected devices secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

If you connect a wallet, you represent that you are authorized to control that wallet and any addresses you submit. You may not impersonate another person or entity, create accounts for abusive automation, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Paid and free plans may include different limits for alerts, API requests, MCP access, or related features. Limits displayed in the product or at checkout are part of the commercial terms for your account.

Some purchases are recurring subscriptions and some are one-time payments, depending on the plan and payment method you choose. Renewal settings, billing cycle, and pricing shown during checkout control. Failure to pay or repeated payment failures may result in downgrade, suspension, or feature restrictions.

You may not use EthGasStation to:

• abuse or overload the product, APIs, notification systems, or MCP endpoints;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with service operation beyond permitted use;
• send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content through alerts, integrations, or webhook targets;
• attempt to evade plan limits, authentication controls, or billing requirements;
• use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

EthGasStation is not a custodian. We do not ask for or store your private keys, and we do not take possession of crypto assets. When you connect a wallet or submit a transaction, signing happens through your chosen wallet, signer, or connected integration.

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure such as wallet software, payment processors, RPC providers, webhook destinations, notification channels, and LLM or MCP clients. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy practices, and interruptions in those services can affect your experience with EthGasStation.

EthGasStation provides informational tools and workflow automation support. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or fiduciary advice. You remain solely responsible for whether, when, and how you send transactions or act on any alert, dashboard signal, chart, or integration output.

We do not guarantee that gas data, confidence metrics, predictions, timing guidance, notifications, webhook deliveries, or MCP responses will always be accurate, complete, current, or available at the exact time you need them.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security or abuse risk, causes operational harm, or exposes us or other users to legal or technical risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Billing consequences for cancellation depend on the plan and payment method associated with your account at the time of cancellation.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthGasStation disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthGasStation and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, tokens, or transaction opportunity arising from or relating to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we may update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide notice in the product or through account communications.

Your continued use of EthGasStation after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
