Public blockchain and wallet data

Wallet addresses and blockchain activity can be publicly visible on Ethereum and other public ledgers. If you connect a wallet or reference an onchain address in the product, that public information may be associated with your account activity in order to operate the service.

We do not collect or store your private keys. We do not custody user funds. Any transaction signing or wallet authorization occurs through your wallet provider or chosen signer.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us run EthGasStation, such as hosting, infrastructure, observability, authentication, notifications, customer support, and payment processing vendors.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale.

Cookies and local storage

EthGasStation uses cookies and similar storage technologies for core product operation, including authentication, session continuity, sidebar or interface state, fraud and abuse prevention, and product analytics or diagnostics.

If you block or clear some cookies or local storage, parts of the product may not function correctly, including authenticated dashboard flows.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account history, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted or stored data.

Your choices and rights

You can update certain account details inside the product, disconnect workflows, remove alerts, or stop using the service at any time. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations.

If you close your account or request deletion, we may retain limited information as needed for fraud prevention, billing records, security, compliance, or dispute resolution.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. When we do, we will revise the date on this page and may provide additional notice inside the product or through account communications when appropriate.

Continued use of EthGasStation after the updated policy becomes effective means the revised version applies to your ongoing use of the service.
